Q.  How long will it take?
A.  Typically an order can be completed and returned to you in a week.  However, It will depend on the current workload and the number of tapes you are sending to us.  

Q.  How much footage can fit on one DVD?  
A.  A maximum of 90 minutes can fit on a DVD in order to keep the video quality at it's best.

Q.  What are the payment terms and how do I pay?
A.  Payment must be received before we send out the finished DVD's.  The simplest way is to send a check with the order form and the DVD's but it must clear before we send you the finished DVD's.  Please make the check out to 'Sarah Bowman'.  Another option is to pay via Paypal.com.  Our paypal ID is accounting@hollywoodhomevideo.com.  If you choose to pay using Paypal.com we will send an invoice through them when we receive your order. Again, payment must be received prior to our sending out the finished DVD's.

Q.  Will you return my originals?
A.  Of course!  Your originals will come back to you the same way they came to us. 

Q.  Will my DVD player play the disk you create?
A.  About 99% of DVD players will play the disk. 

Q.  What is included in the price and what add-on costs might there be?
A.  The prices listed include everything except any possible shipping. 

Q.  Can you improve the quality of my videos?
A.  We promise to provide a DVD with the same or better quality as your video.  However, we cannot guarantee that we can improve the quality of each video. 

Q.  How many tapes can I send in at one time?
A.  As many as you have!  Keep in mind though that the more tapes you send in, the longer your turnaround time will be.

Q.  How will my Title and sub-title be used and where will I see it?
A.  You will see both the title and sub-title on the DVD case, the disc label, and on the menu.  Your main title will be used on the spine of the DVD case also. 

Q.  Can I use my own picture for the background of the DVD case, disc label or menu? 
A.  That is an option for the Premium package only.  Almost anything is possible, so if you have any ideas, speak with me and we can discuss the options.  Add $2 to each disc for any custom work. 

Q.  Do you make wedding videos or slideshow DVD's? 
A.  Yes!  I can do a slideshow for special occasions and birthdays.  I would charge $ .15 per picture and $1 for each song in the video for a complete DVD.  For example, if you had a video with 60 pictures and 1 song, your total cost would be $10.  Speak to me about other details or questions.
